About Me
I am Marianys, a born and bred New Yorker and proud Latina.
My parents immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic and put down roots here in the Big Apple.
I got my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fordham University and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at Hofstra University.
I am currently a News Producer for News 12 The Bronx & Brooklyn in New York City.
Some of the topics I’m most passionate about are Latinx issues, Women’s Rights, Technology, and Sports.
